Sandrine Brissart is the new Director of Human Resources for Bouygues Construction

Sandrine Brissart has been appointed Director of Human Resources for Bouygues Construction, with effect from March 1, 2020, following the appointment of Jean-Manuel Soussan as Director of Human Resources for the Bouygues group. In her new role, Sandrine will join Bouygues Construction’s Executive Committee.
In addition to managing the human resources function, she will be in charge of coordinating and monitoring actions relating to the company’s corporate social responsibility policy.
A graduate of the Reims Management School, Sandrine Brissart has spent her entire career at Bouygues Construction. From 1998 to 2009, she worked in several regional subsidiaries before being appointed Director of HR Development for all the Group’s building subsidiaries in France and Europe. In 2015, Sandrine became Human Resources Director for Linkcity, the Group’s property development subsidiary, and in 2019 she took over as Human Resources Director for Bouygues Bâtiment France Europe.
